Fifty girls finished the F0-10 field across a spread of nearly 20 minutes from top to bottom, with 8-year-old Rylie Mayne of Lincolnton, NC turning in a gutsy 12th-place effort at 54:33, and 7-year-old Simone Cotton of Virginia Beach finishing 16th in 1:00:05 — one of the youngest in the field and still breaking the hour.
