• Kayla Powroznik won the F25-29 race in 21:11 at a 6:49/mi clip — more than 2 minutes 7 seconds clear of 2nd place in a field of 264.
• Hannah Morehouse (2nd, 23:18) and Geralyn Doubrava (3rd, 24:49) rounded out the podium, separated by 1:31.
• Places 6 and 7 came down to the wire: Joelle Howard and Bridgette Brown — both Holland Patent, NY runners — finished in an identical displayed time of 26:04, with Howard edging Brown by the finest of margins.
• The top-20 spanned a range of just over 7 minutes, with Else Bielarski (20th, 28:29) closing out the visible pack at a 9:10/mi pace.

With more than two minutes separating her from Hannah Morehouse at the line, this wasn't a close race at the front; it was a statement.

Behind Powroznik, Morehouse (23:18, 7:30/mi) ran a composed second-place effort, while Geralyn Doubrava of Schenectady (24:49, 7:59/mi) held off Lindsey Jonas (4th, 25:20, 8:09/mi) by 31 seconds for the final podium spot. Taylor Dinitto of nearby Marcy rounded out the top five in 25:52.

The most compelling battle of the race unfolded for 6th and 7th, where Holland Patent neighbors Joelle Howard and Bridgette Brown crossed in the same displayed 26:04 — but the clock's finer resolution gave Howard the edge. Sarah Burns (8th, 26:12), Elizabeth Shephard (9th, 26:24), and Carly Vanalstyne (10th, 26:28) kept the pressure on through the top ten, all finishing within 24 seconds of each other.
