• Courtney Alsup won the women's race in 1:19:41 (6:05/mi), holding 1st place from the opening mile through the finish — and posted the 4th-fastest women's split on the 1M→10K segment.
• Cathleen Willy was a steady runner-up the entire way, finishing 2nd in 1:26:58 (6:38/mi) — a 7:17 gap back but never challenged for position after the opening segment.
• Dennise Salazar-Maravilla made the biggest move of the race, climbing from 6th to 3rd on the back half with the 6th-fastest women's split on the 10K→Finish, crossing in 1:31:21 (6:58/mi).
• Brianna Kauk was the field's most dramatic mover, surging from 20th at the first checkpoint all the way to 5th at the finish (1:35:12, 7:16/mi) — the 7th-fastest women's split on the 10K→Finish.

Courtney Alsup ran a commanding race from start to finish. The 30-year-old from Bakersfield sat at 1st through every checkpoint and never let anyone into the conversation, finishing in 1:19:41 at a 6:05/mi clip — more than seven minutes clear of the field. Her 4th-fastest women's split on the opening 1M→10K segment set the tone early, and she simply never let up.

Behind her, Cathleen Willy of Clovis was equally consistent — 2nd at every split, 2nd at the line in 1:26:58. The 40-year-old ran 6:38/mi for the full distance, also logging the 5th-fastest women's split on the 1M→10K. The real action in the women's race unfolded in the back half, where the 10K→Finish segment reshuffled the order decisively. Dennise Salazar-Maravilla of Fresno ran herself onto the podium, moving from 6th to 3rd with a strong close to finish in 1:31:21. Hailey Fernandez (Clovis, 4th in 1:33:30) and Brianna Kauk (5th in 1:35:12) both made significant ground on the back half as well — Kauk's climb from 20th to 5th the most eye-catching move of the entire race.

Just behind the top five, Christine Persel (6th, 1:35:14) and Erica Cuellar (7th, 1:35:23) finished within nine seconds of each other, with Persel edging Cuellar by just two seconds. Jolene Zamudio of Clovis — the field's oldest top-15 finisher at 48 — crossed 12th in 1:38:49, and 58-year-old Luisa Coronel of Tulare turned in a 1:41:05 for 16th among 713 women finishers.
