Alexandra Parameswaran of Gurley, AL, turned in a performance that simply wasn't a race — it was a statement. Her 45:21 at 7:18 per mile was so far ahead of the 39-woman F25-29 field that runner-up Marja Lopez Tello, who ran a solid 49:36 herself, never had a chance to make it a contest. That's a margin of four minutes and fifteen seconds on a 10K course — roughly a full mile of daylight between first and second.

Lopez Tello, representing Madison, AL, was comfortably locked into second for most of the race and finished there in 49:36 at 7:59 per mile — a strong effort in its own right, just run in the shadow of something exceptional. Behind her, the real drama unfolded between Jennifer Dixon and Adriana McMillian. Both Madison and Huntsville women crossed the line in the 54-minute range, Dixon edging McMillian by 19 seconds to claim the final podium spot.

The mid-pack told its own story. Kelly Clark (57:55) held fifth, but places 6 through 9 — Rebecca Mulholland, Savannah Harris, Katherine Brandon, and Norma Contreras — were all packed between 59:14 and 59:58, with less than 45 seconds separating them across four finishers. Sarah Modlin, the lone out-of-state runner in the top 10, crossed just past the hour mark in 1:00:16 to round out the top ten. With 19 more finishers beyond the top 20, the F25-29 group brought depth to match its headline act.
