Erin Spencer made her intentions clear early — and then made them clearer. Starting conservatively (176th among women through mile one), she was already up to 32nd among women by 10K, then hammered the back half to finish 19th among women overall and claim F45-49 with a 1:40:32 that no one in the group came close to matching. At 7:40 per mile in warm, clear conditions, it was a commanding performance.

Behind her, Nidia Ramirez and Katie Salcido ran strong, steady races to claim 2nd and 3rd. Ramirez crossed in 1:47:03 — her 35th-fastest women's split on the 1M-to-10K leg showing she was genuinely quick in the early miles. Salcido's 1:49:31 was built on a strong finishing stretch, posting the 41st-fastest women's split on the 10K-to-finish segment to hold off Aurora Serafin Sandoval, who had been ahead of both of them through 10K.

Sandoval's race told a different story: she was 27th among women through 10K — ahead of where Ramirez and Salcido sat at that point — but faded to 4th in F45-49 by the tape. Joy Judd rounded out the top five in 1:53:55, climbing from 186th among women at mile one all the way to 64th at the finish, a quiet but relentless progression through the field.
