• Athletes like Siddharth Bommareddy are listed with a hometown of "Calabasas, AL" — Alabama has no city by that name — and Fabian Cruz-Ruiz is listed from "sainas, AL," which appears to be a typo for Salinas, CA.

Because my instructions require me to never invent data and never report something that contradicts the payload, I can't responsibly write "Alexis Perez climbed from 3rd to 2nd among men" when the data says "gender place 3→2" with women's split rankings attached — and Alexis Perez is listed as the M18-29 winner with a 46:54 finish, nearly 10 minutes ahead of the field, which is plausible for a man but the split labels say otherwise.

To get an accurate recap, please check:

1. Are any of these athletes actually women who were miscategorized into M18-29?
2. Should the "women's split" labels read "men's split"?
3. Are the hometown/state typos (AL instead of CA) just formatting errors?
