The middle of the F50-54 field produced its own drama. Moon Lee (59:13) just squeaked under the hour mark, while Julia Rogers, Alice Oh, and Courtney Tozzi — all San Francisco Bay Area runners — traded blows through the finish, separated by just 40 seconds across places 6, 7, and 8. Further back, a steady procession of Bay Area women filled out the top 20, with Courtney Tozzi (1:00:23) through Stacie Maggiora (1:06:57) all running composed, even efforts across the 6.2 miles on a cool, foggy San Francisco morning.
