Alexis Baillie, 29, from San Francisco, ran the women's field from front to back. She led at every checkpoint and crossed in 2:12:06 at 10:05/mi — a commanding margin of 6:05 over the next finisher. Her Skyline 1→Skyline 2 segment was the 2nd-fastest among the women, a stretch through Huddart County Park's towering moss-covered redwoods where she made her authority felt most clearly.

Lindsey Carfrae of South San Francisco was Baillie's closest shadow all afternoon, finishing 2nd in 2:18:11. She posted the 3rd-fastest women's split on that same Skyline 1→Skyline 2 segment — running it quicker than anyone outside the top two — but could not close the gap Baillie had already built. Laure Fresard, the La Honda local at 38, rounded out the podium in 2:27:17, posting the 4th-fastest women's split on that key middle stretch and finishing nearly 9 minutes ahead of 4th-place Imuri Pacheco (2:35:10, 11:50/mi).

The top five were a study in composure: Pacheco held 4th throughout, and Dana Slomich (5th, 2:39:20) ran the 5th-fastest women's split on the Skyline 2→Finish segment to seal her position. Behind them, Haley Vertelney (6th, 2:40:20) and Hanna Ching (7th, 2:45:20) kept the pressure honest, with Mary Tyler (8th, 2:46:07) just 47 seconds further back. Further down the field, Rhea Tombropoulos of Woodside — racing in her own backyard at 57 — finished 14th in 3:06:01, one of the more satisfying local stories of the day across a 29-woman field.
