The Rio Del Lago 100 Mile (RDL100) is an annual endurance running race held near Folsom Lake, California, east of Sacramento. Established 20 years ago by Norm and Helen Klein, the race is a late-season event known for its course and volunteer support. The race, considered suitable for first-time 100-mile runners, is near sea level and features moderate elevation gain and terrain. RDL100 also qualifies runners for the Western States Endurance Run. Reports and reviews praise the event for its organization and camaraderie. The course includes sections of the Western States course, such as the "No Hands Bridge".
