Wild, unmarked, remote mountain race along the Kilkenny Ridge Trail in New Hampshire's White Mountains (White Mountain Endurance). The 50 Mile runs the Ridge Trail from South Pond to the Jefferson Inn and back, ~7,500 ft gain each direction. Mandatory gear required; not an entry-level course. 5:00 AM start.
